What is the turnaround time for Real Estate Photography?
Typically 24 hours. However, depending on the scale of the job, and intricacy of the editing required, turnaround times can extend to 48 hours.
What is the turnaround time for Real Estate Videos?
Typically 48-72 Hrs. For larger properties and more demanding videos, turnaround times can extend 3-5 days, although the vast majority of our videos are delivered in 72 Hrs.
Can the home owner be on-site when photography and video is taking place?
Ideally the property is unoccupied when work is being done, this ultimate slows the process down limiting capture time for the best possible results.
Can we reschedule shoots because of weather?
Yes, we are happy to reschedule at no charge if the call is made at least 1 day before the shoot.
What is the turnaround time for virtual staging take?
Typically 48 hours. However, depending peak times this could vary to 72 hours.
Can I move furniture during the shoot?
The property should be shoot ready by the time photographer arrives. We can make adjustments and move certain pieces to create more aesthetically pleasing photos but the property should be ready.
How far do you travel for Real Estate Photography/Video?
Yes. Located in Central Jersey, there is flexibility to cover all of New Jersey and the surrounding PA/NY area depending on project and work requirements.
How many photos are delivered for Real Estate Photography?
Most properties in our local area fall into the 2000-3500 sq ft property range which typically deliver 30-40 photos.
Do videos include aerial/drone footage?
Yes, All videos include aerial drone footage, unless the property is in restricted airspace. If the property is in restricted airspace, we attempt to apply for clearance from the FAA. If we are denied from the FAA, we film exteriors from the ground. This is uncommon, as most requests are accepted by the FAA unless the property is in extreme proximity to airports, navy bases, etc.
Is there a discount booking multiple services?
Booking multiple service can result in a discounted rate. You can also inquire about bulk rates.
